Colon and Body Cleanse

Is there any good home remedy colon cleanses?

My stepmom use to use lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper. We lost the actual recipe. Anyone remember this one? I will also love to hear about others. Thanks for your time in advance. I appreciate it.

bst home cleansing (that i know of and i’m not a pro on this one) is to just fast for one day with PLENTY of water, and some raw fruits and veggies. (or smoothies made of raw fruits and veggies.) some of the most nutritious ones are: tomatoes, spinach, broccoli, blueberries, and apples.
