Colon and Body Cleanse

home remedies for colon cleanses?

I am looking for something I can do at home for a colon cleanse. I have done the lemonade diet before but I can no longer have any sugar.. something that will be no longer than three days and fairly cheap. I am on a pretty strict diet as I am having the lap band done next month. I think this is just one step closer to attaining my goal has a healthy person.

roughage ie apples pears prunes orange smoothy’s and warm water with sea salt about 2litres a day eat nothing for 48 hours

   Just google organic colon cleanses and follow the links, there should be some you can at home that are cheap and effective.
