what can i use to cleanse my colon at home?
What you want to do??? Colon cleanse or laxative products. It is a big difference. Real colon cleanse help to remove old waste build up for years.
I did colon cleanse from 2 companies. I love program from Blessed Herbs. It is not very long and worked for me. I used one for 2 month from Dr. Natura but I am not very happy with that product and results. My few friends love it. Dr.Natura has great website and all info is very good. Blessed Herbs website is not that good but I like their products. You can check all info for yourself.

Colon Cleansing Home Remedies?
I was just looking for people to suggest the best home remedies for colon cleansing to relieve chronic constipation and bloated stomach. I am not in it to loose weight, I am 6′2 190lbs, perfectly normal, and all the website I looked for only recommended some miracle product or the other (OxyPowder, Natra Pure and such).
So I was just wondering, what natural remedies are out there, and if you don’t know a home remedy, and have tried a certain product, please mention that and also if a small review of how it worked for you.

PS, I eat quite a lot of fast food, about 2 times a week, but other than that, I have a healthy diet and drink a lot of water and work out regularly.
The two safest and most effective colon-parasite cleanses are Colonix and Ultimate Colon Cleanse. The latter is currently having a special and is less expensive. Do at least a 2 month cleanse.
Most colon cleanses are just a bunch of laxative herbs that blow out your intestines, but don’t break down the old poop lining the intestines and don’t eliminate parasites and don’t adequately restore normal intestinal flora.
