Look in your kitchen, anything there that will give you a serious case of diarrhea? If so that’s all you need since that’s all you’re going to get anyway and it will definitely be cheaper.

I am just wondering what is a great way to cleanse your inner body? Colon cleanse, does it really help? I am wondering just so I can keep my body healthy. How often should you “cleanse” yourself. clean your body by drinking lots of fruit and vegetable juices 
do this once a week carrots, mango, cucumber, just anything you like drink fresh juices ok? don’t buy the canned or processed ones

Sorry, but the idea that we need to ‘cleanse our colon’ is one of the stupidest scams ever perpetrated on the public. Save your money, and your bowels. Eat right, exercise, get plenty of sleep. That’s all your miraculous body ask of you. It does a fine job of keeping our insides clean.
