No. It is causing diarrhea and dehydration.
Our colons don’t need "cleansing" anyway. If your digestive system was loaded with the fabled "mucoid plaque" the sellers of cleansing products claim are in your system, lactose intolerance would be the least of your problems.
Try to eat lots of high fiber foods to increase bulk in your colon and slow down the time foods are rushing through your system.
Fruits, vegetables, raw nuts and seeds, whole grain foods, beans, barley and other dried vegetables.
