Does this mean that the “healing crisis” that they say happens during a detox is due to the reabsorption of the toxins?
So… complainers.. …
So… complainers… It’s like this. The guy didn’t tell you what exactly you should do, But anyone who is interested in TRUE detoxification will take the time to do the research and learn about this. Health is not something that comes in a magic pill. You can’t expect to just follow someone blindly and not have some sort of backlash.
Read up on detox at the cellular level. He gave you all the answers. YOU just have to do the resarch and apply it to your own lives.

Everyone PAY ATTENTION: When people put the body in a cycle of exercise, or yoga, tai chi, qi gong, etc, the body gains energy. Some people who stick to it enough get to the point of not needing to eat or drink, believe it or not. To all weed smokers, stop getting arrested for weed! I live in a state that locks you up for a seed! In almost every case I’ve heard of someone being arrested for weed, it was always a simple traffic stop that caused it. You get pulled over for no seat belt or a brake light was out and then the cop smells weed in the car.
