Colon or full body cleanse? ?

Can anyone recommend a good and gentle full body or colon cleanse for a woman 22 years old 100 pounds 5′4<- If any of that helps.
Sorry, but the idea that we need to ‘cleanse our colon’ is one of the stupidest scams ever perpetrated on the public. Save your money, and your bowels. Eat right, exercise, get plenty of sleep. That’s all your miraculous body ask of you. It does a fine job of keeping our insides clean.
