40 hours? that all??? heh…! Ever hear of Dr. Herbert Shelton of the San Antonio Health School (for fasting?) He used to fast thousands, on thirty day fasts, that really cleaned them out! Learn of him. Fasting is tricky, to go into a fast, one should eat very lightly before they begin, like lots of corn on the cob, salad, NO salad oils! etc. Get his book, FASTING CAN SAVE YOUR LIFE, it can even reduce engorged heart! goferit, he is one of my heroes! NEVER eat meat before a fast, of any kind!
