those natural colon cleansers u can buy on the internet, i want to try it, but i dont want cramps and dierria eather. do those cause bad dierria?
Your colon sure doesn’t need cleansed. Colons are pink, healthy and fine. Leave your poor colon alone. Colon cleansers have no value whatsoever and run the risk of introducing bacteria to your body or causing injury. Drink plenty of fluids, eat plenty of fiber, fruit and vegetables and get some exercise. That is how you keep your colon happy. Keep your money and spend it on a massage or something useful.

Try DrNatura.com it is all natural.. i have been on it for about 2weeks and it works good soo far.. you have to take it for 3months .. i heard about it from five ppl that said it worked great..they claim by the end of the 1st month you can really tell its cleaning out your whole intestines.. if you try it let me know how its workin for you…. its not cheap though ..
