How often should you do colon cleansing and is it really safe?
When doing a colon cleansing should you go to a facility that specializes in colon cleaning or is it safe to use natural herbs from a herb shop.
Unless you have a colon problem you probably shouldn’t do anything to "cleanse" the colon. If you do have colon problems then you need to consult a physician.
Has anyone tried the coloniex cleansing system and is doing a colon cleansing safe?
i have never used that particular system but yes colon cleansing is very good for your body. I would start with an herbal store before I purchased some system though…just sounds weird. I just looked that up and you will spend $88 on one month…do not buy it…go to the herb store or if you cant find one you can get colon cleanse at Arbonne.com for much, much cheaper.

You know they might not be the cheapest, but I think they are the best. I would save your money and go with them. If you buy a couple months cleansing packages, you will also get a break on the price.
So find someone and share the price with them to save money. I bought 3 months worth of the cleansing program, as I new I really needed it. The cheaper price for buying in bulk was also an incentive.
