i know you can buy the cleanse products in stores. however, i have heard you can mix and make your own all natural. i am talking about the cleanse like a high colonic where it cleans out the old fecal matter in your system and you get rid of say 5-25lbs of old fecal matter. serious answers only please. do not send links to products to buy. i am looking for something you mix up with all natural products. thank you

If you wanted to cleanse your system (your bowels/stomach/intestine) of all the junk in it, what is the best way to do it?

They sell stuff for that called detox you can get at health food stores. Or you can try drinking a lot of juice and eating a lot of fiber.

If you’re speaking of tea like the Lacy Labeau Super Dieter’ tea… then your body soon becomes immune to teas like this and after a while, the affects of the tea won’t be as strong as when you first started out. It’s best to use moderation when doing so with these products not everyday. However, I have used the green teas and they seem to do fine with a couple of cups a day.
