Get a 2 quart enema/douche bag put two quarts warm water and two teaspoons salt. Take the enema and hold in for 15 minutes. If it becomes uncomfortable while the liquid is coming in squeeze like you are trying to stop from going the bathroom. Also put the enema bag no more than 2 feet above where you will be inserting the enema nozzle in order to not have too much incoming pressure. After the enema - don't expect to need to go to the bathroom for three days and do take some yogurt to replentish the colon with beneficial bacteria.

Most colon cleansers are simply fiber supplements. To get the same effect, but with less intensity, simply eat very high fiber foods.

These would include, but are not limited too, Prunes, Pears, Fiber One Original Cereal (The only worthwhile fiber one product), Kiwifruit and even popcorn has a high fiber content. I would reccomend air popped popcorn though, as the fat tends to have the opposite effect. Berries are also great, as are most vegetables. Most whole plant foods will have a good fiber content, but the ones I have mentioned are better than most for the purpose of regularity and colon cleansing.

If expense is a concern, you could also try finding generic equivalents to the various brand name fiber supplements. Try Wal-Mart or your local drug store. Psyillium Seed Husk is supposed to work well.
References :
http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/high-fiber-foods/NU00582

Some of these will be higher in soluble fiber, a kind that does not help regularity as much.

My friend does something he learned from his yogi.
1 and a half days of fasting, then drink 2 litres of salty lemony water really fast and have the most amazing and fascinating poo of your life.
Something like that. Ask a yogi.
References :
My friend (and his yogi)
