I have tried many colon cleansers, allot of them dont help, and can actually hurt you. After allot of trial and error, I found that the product Oxy-Powder works well! Oxy-powder was the one product that left me felling great. I had a coupon for the bottle, it was about $35 with the discount + shipping. Once you cleanse your colon, you feel so much more energy. My family has a problem with constipation and most of them use this product as well.

You can go to your local pharmacy and purchase Mag-Citrate(magnesium citrate). Ask the pharmacist if you can’t find it. It should be located near the laxatives, etc… it’s what we recommend to our patients who are having colon/bowel surgery and need a good bowel prep. It’s inexpensive.

Eat a lot of salad. Greens, greens and more greens. Natures way; fiber is all you really need to clean yourself out. Another way is to get distilled water, brew some good coffee and cool it off, mix 1/2 & 1/2 and pour in a douche bag. Vaseline up the part that goes up you butt and fill yourself with the mixture. Do yourself a favor and do this in the bathtub. Move side to side very slowly and gently (your buns/hips, not the douche bag) to clean out your colon. Hold the distilled water/coffee mixture for at least a minute and then expell in the toilet. Repeat. You'll feel great afterwards. I suggest doing this at least twice yearly, especially if you eat meat.
