@scottyhp yes the body is a clean efficient ‘machine’ as you call it – but its capacity to eliminate toxicity does have limits. Just look around you at people – dark circles under eyes, craggy faces. People look like shit…..they feel like shit. Maybe nature made a mistake…..lets just hope doctors find a new drug to sort us out soon if all this holistic stuff is mumbo jumbo. I used magnesium oxide to completely empty bowels vie very explosive runny poo…….been ingesting only clay and psyllium …..at first only clay/psyllium was coming out my ass….but now have been passing this black rubbery stuff – feel much better and loads of energy. This is a total load of BS. Try getting a stomach flu, infection, or food poisoning. Your body evacuates EVERYTHING from your bowels. And it will be diarrhea, not any of that weird stringy tar crap. It will be watery and then just bile, within hours or a day or so. The body is a clean, efficient machine when it needs to be. It doesn’t keep any of that fake mess hanging around. Glad I could help. I’ve been fasting for 32 days and decided to try drinking fiber and take some exlax to see if anything came out and the exact same stuff is now coming out!!! Holy Shit! The exact same slimy stuff has been coming out. I guess the water only wasn’t enough to get it out of my body. I have 8 more days and hopefully thats enough time to get it all out!
