Do the “digestion stimulator pills” excite parastalsis? I just assume after almost however long the colon walls are covered with impacted food/fecal matter that the parastaltic muscles atrophy. Is it as bad as all that?

Hey I’m doing this colon cleanse now and I feel bloated on my 2nd and 3rd day out of the 5 day cleanse. Is that normal? I took enough digestive stimulators because if I take anymore, I’ll develope diarrea. I split it up to taking them 3 times a day too. When I poo, it doesn’t feel constipated and I poo twice a day which I hope is good enough. Does it have anything to do with my liver being clogged up and I have to cleanse my liver first?
