Master cleansing diet age limit?
Does anyone know the age limit for the master cleansing diet/lemonade diet?
Also, if anyone has any suggestions, reviews, or thoughts on the diet I would love to hear them

It definitely depends on your body type (size, height, weight) but I would say about 16 is the youngest. However, most health care professionals and GP’s will say 18 years old. This is because almost everyone has not yet fully grown and developed until they are around that age. The important parts of you are at their peak of developing, especially your bones and your brain.
I reccommend you see your doctor and also someone at a health shop before doing the master cleanse, because even though you can lose weight there are many side effects and precautions you need to be aware of. Good luck though.
