The human body is a very efficient machine. It cleans itself continually. But people continue to believe all the crap (pun intended) they read on the internet. If you want to waste your money on nothing more than a high cost laxative go right ahead. The rest of us who are educated in the anatomy and physiology of the human body will just sit here and laugh.

The colon isn’t dirty.

Feces do not build up in the colon, other than the natural process of digestion. The lining of the intestines regularly slough off, and they take care of themselves.
