Colon and Body Cleanse

What is a safe yet effective intestine/colon cleanse detox that I can do at home?

I have been having some skin problems over the last year, after I quit smoking and drinking. I have read that I most likely have plaque and toxins built up in intestine/colon. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

   Whereever you read that you "most likely have plaque and toxins built up" is a bullsh!t source. You DO NOT "build up plaque and toxins". Period. Find a better reference source. Forget cleansing and detox, they do NOTHING for you except drain your wallet.

   Hi. I did one a few months ago and wasn’t expecting the cool benefits I got. My cystic acne went away, as did my allergies, no more migraines.

   I did this the colon cleanse here…easiest one I have ever done and no ….ahem….issues or problems EVER…if ya know what I mean!

   I’ve had colon clease done before, but I go to people that offer colon cleanse, and pay money to get it done!
