Does anyone know of a natural colon cleanse that really works?

I really need to jump-start my routine , and I’ve started eating healthier & trying to find time to exercise( I’m pretty active on a day-to-day basis). I was just wondering if maybe a colon cleanse was the way to go? Just wondering if anyone knew of any that actually works.Thanx!

Yes, I do know of a cleanse that I’ve personally had great results with. All the ingredients are 100% natural herbs – nothing else. Using this cleanse, I’ve gotten some dark rubbery like intestinal plaque out every time.

What I love about this product is that you can do it either in 5 or 10 days to suit your schedule. Also you don’ t have to fast or starve yourself. There are some dietary changes, but overall it sounds like you’re moving the the direction of healthy eating anyway.

I give this cleanse my highest recommendation!

What are the "safe" foods to eat during the Master’s Colon Cleanse?

I heard that there are "safe" foods that you can eat while on the Masters Colon Cleanse to help you over come the snacking….Can anyone tell me which ones they are?

Usually vegetables and broths are recommended.

You can keep your normal diet but think about it this way…if you eat foods high in fat and preservatives, that basically "pollutes" your body so I would stick to natural foods…organic if possible.

Colon cleansers are not unsafe IF you do them properly and do not abuse them.Don’t post replies in the alternative health section if you are IGNORANT on the subject.

can you do a colon cleanse and a candid cleanse at the same time?

can you do a colon cleanse and a candid cleanse at the same time?

I guess that you mean a candida cleanse.

Yes, you can do both at the same time. I recommend this cleanse kit:

Can I trust the colon cleanse and acai berry?

I want to lose weight fast, I mean who doesn’t, but I don’t know if I should trust the colon cleanse acai berry thing. I know it was on oprah.

Trust neither.
Acai berry will not aid weight loss. There are more antioxidants in fresh berries bought locally. Antioxidants do nothing to help weight loss.

The colon is self cleansing. It does not have (quote from link above) " all of this trapped in your colon, you are literally poisoning yourself little by little every day" That is 100% rubbish.

Anyone interested in detoxifying their body might think about paying a little more attention to their body and less attention to the people trying to get their money. The body already has nature’s most effective detoxification system. It’s called the liver.

Colon cleansing can cause a dangerous loss of water and electrolytes, which can lead to dehydration and even abnormal heart rhythms.

Will the sea salt water flush be good enough to cleanse the colon?

Will this work as good as taking some supplements and enemas? I want to do a liver flush but I heard that you would have to do a colon cleanse first, so i was wondering will the sea salt flush be good enough prior to doing the liver flush.

Tootsie,

I’m afraid not. Sea salt is good for cleansing your sinuses, but not effective as a colon cleanse.

Why? Because many toxins and waste that build up in your colon will just not be affected by salt water passing through the lower and upper intestines and colon. You need a formula that contains the effective natural herbs and fiber that all work together in removing the fecal matter and toxins that are trapped in your colon.

I recommend looking at the colon cleanse products review and finding one that’s right for you.
