I took 4 capsules this a.m. of an organic colon cleanse. I’m trying to lose weight. How long before this stuff kicks in?

You didn’t say how old you are. Doing a colon cleanse is a good thing but the rules have to be followed for you to do it in a healthy manner. There is a tea that you can get from your health food store. It is a TEA NOT a SYSTEM. Follow the directions. Also try drinking more water to keep hydrated. Try more salads and fruits. Stay away from junk, you konw the junk I’m talking about! The teenage junk food!
