I did colon cleanse from 2 companies. I love program from Blessed Herbs. It is not very long and worked for me. I used one for 2 month from Dr. Natura but I am not very happy with that product and results. My few friends love it. Dr.Natura has great website and all info is very good. Blessed Herbs website is not that good but I like their products. You can check all info for yourself.

just eat high fiber food daily and you won’t need colon cleanse for life.

You can use an anal douche bottle. They are available at adult toy suppliers. Or, you can just buy a bottle of Fleet which has the bottle in the kit. Pour out the Fleet and fill the bottle with warm water and insert into your rectum and gently squeeze the water in.

take help of any yoga book or yoga teacher. the method is following..
take 5 or 6 glasses of Luke warm water and then sit in squat position drink the water continuously. after that use your first 2 fingers of right hand and vomit the whole water. this is called vamana dhauti is very good cleansing process in yoga for large intestine.
another Way is dhauti also this can practice with muslin clothes this is little bit difficult so better u practice first one. if need another information then tell me.

Enemas are totally unnecessary.
All you need is plenty of fiber and roughage that you can get from bread, cereals, muesli and pasta and plenty of fruit and vegetables.
Liquid chlorophyll is a very good colon cleanser and apple cider vinegar is another one.

There are some decent colon cleanses on the market, you will just need to google some. NutritionalTree.com probably has some reviews of some, but they don’t sell anything, so you will have to find somewhere else to buy one.
Typically they are meant to be taken for short periods of time, usually 1 or 2 weeks. Some are powders and some are in capsule form. Basically all are just a lot of fiber. I would suggest going with the capsules, the powder is usually hard to swallow even in juice and usually taste bad.
